Cancellation Policy

Soul Harmony Policy: Rescheduling Limit: Clients may reschedule any Soul Harmony service—such as one-to-one sessions, consultations, or development training—up to two times within a single month. After that, further rescheduling must wait until the following month. Conduct and Behavior: Respectful behavior is required at all times. Any rude or inappropriate behavior toward Soul Harmony coaches, TLC therapists, or fellow members will result in immediate membership revocation. No-Show Policy: One no-show per year is forgiven. A second no-show in the same year may result in the loss of one-to-one services. Lateness Policy: Clients have a 10-minute grace period for their scheduled sessions. If a client is more than 10 minutes late, the appointment will be automatically canceled and they will need to reschedule. One late arrival can be rescheduled, but if it happens again, they will not be able to book another appointment until the following month. No-Refund Policy: Once you have paid for the membership, it is non-refundable. Please be sure of your commitment before joining.
